Water Guardians: Intro video for animated video series (trailer, intro video and 5 lesson videos) for middle school age audience.
The designers at Bust Out created the concept and the look of the series while an independent illustrator was brought on to design the character, Nia.
Using the assets provided by the illustrator, I created a rig system in After Effects for a front view, 3/4 side and profile view of Nia. Where background assets could be broken up, I added animation to those like the animals in the background and ambient motion in the scenes. I created all animation including character work on Nia, the transitions between scenes and the background environments/graphics.
